Delivery to other Emirates is available for an additional fee

If the recipient is unavailable, the delivery is considered completed.
Redelivery is subject to an additional charge.
Any issues must be reported at the time of delivery.
Any issues regarding the condition, appearance, or completeness of the order must be reported at the time of delivery. Claims submitted after delivery is completed may not be accepted.
